I am a filmmaker and photographer living in Oakland, CA, and I believe that stories and activism can work in tandem to create meaningful change. Currently I am the Managing Producer for Earthjustice.  Previously I worked for newspapers and magazines as a photojournalist. I graduated from the University of Washington. 

Before my career in journalism, I was a musician. When I'm not working I love being in nature, playing and listening to music, skiing, roasting coffee and playing with my family.
